Pawtraits For A Cause Benefitting Corridor Rescue
October is Adopt a Shelter Dog Month and I couldn't be happier spending the first day of this special month photographing adorable doggies for a very worthy cause. I partnered with Happen Houston for a Pawtraits For a Cause event benefiting Corridor Rescue of Houston.
Corridor Rescue was founded in 2009 and is named after a 14 square mile area of Northeast Houston dubbed “The Corridor of Cruelty.” Their mission is to rehabilitate homeless, ill and injured dogs and find them permanent, loving homes. Among many other things, they provide education and free spay and neuter services to corridor-area pet owners. Learn more about their life-saving work here: https://www.corridorrescue.org
